Water Heater Rosak

Korang ada pakai water heater tak kat rumah? Water heater kat rumah akak ni dah lama jugak usianya dah jejak 2 tahun dah. Sekarang sudah rosak sejak 2 ke 3 minggu lepas..tak repair2 lagi Encik suami beli semasa akak dalam pantang anak yg bongsu tu (21/1/2010). Dah 2 tahun lebih dah..Warranty services 1 tahun, bagi pump silent booster dan water heater element - warranty dia 5 tahun dari tarikh pembelian..

Sebenarnya kad warranty tu akak memang ada simpan..tapi pagi td baru tergerak nak tgk balik. Sebenarnya nombor telefon utk sebarang masalah pon sedia ada kat water heater tu tapi malas je nak call. 

Pagi ni baru tergerak nak call syarikat ni www.beebest.com.my..terus buat panggilan dan disambut oleh Encik Liew. Setelah mengambil butir2 yang diperlukan dia memberikan report number 29930. Akak tanya bila boleh datang repair? Kata beliau dalam masa 3 hari bekerja tetapi esok Public Holiday ye. Ok.. berapa kena bayar? Dia tanya apa yang rosak? Akak beritahu mungkin pump dia rosak kot? 

Tak lama kendian, ada technician dia plak call tanya bagai kat akak..Akak terus bg nombor suami suruh dia cal sendiri tanya.. Tadi dalam kul 12:15 Encik Suami cal bagitau sudah selesai. 

Water heater dah boleh pakai...wah cepat sungguh...td janji kul 1pm baru nk dtg..sekali kul 12 dah selesai..kena bayar dalam RM75 + warranty 3 bulan.. 

Ha..anak-anak lepas ni tak de alasan tak mo mandi pagi2 ye..air panas dah ada semula..
